Job Summary
Oversee commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout; manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and subcontractors; coordinate with clients, suppliers, field teams, and internal stakeholders; ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards; conduct site visits, monitor progress, and address project challenges proactively; review project financials, change orders, and production performance; maintain compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening
