Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through final completion, coordinating with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, and customers to ensure successful execution. Develop project schedules, budgets, and documentation while reviewing contracts and scopes of work to meet requirements. Lead customer communication, process RFIs and change orders, and monitor costs, billing, and profitability. Conduct project meetings, resolve issues, and enforce quality and safety standards. Perform closeout activities including punch lists and warranty documentation. Requires 2+ years of project management experience in commercial roofing or construction, proficiency with project management software, and a valid driver's license. Location: Denver, CO.
