Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Job Summary
Complete projects on time and within budget while ensuring roofing teams work in safe conditions across Phoenix and surrounding areas. Plan and control every stage of commercial roofing installations or repairs for multiple concurrent projects, including retail facilities, schools, hotels, and office complexes. Work closely with Production Managers and Superintendents to determine materials, devise delivery schedules, and supervise teams while inspecting work quality. Ensure full compliance with safety guidelines, prepare progress reports, manage job status, and keep monthly forecasts and crew locations up to date. Serve as the main internal and external contact point. Must have at least two years of experience on commercial projects with demonstrated supervisory skills.
