Commercial Roofing Production Project Manager

Job Summary
Oversee multiple commercial roofing projects from kickoff through completion in the Memphis market, driving safety, quality, and profitability. Lead field crews and subcontractors, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate materials and labor, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors. Ensure OSHA compliance, conduct site visits and quality inspections, and collaborate with architects, engineers, and suppliers to address issues and keep projects on track. Leverage project-management tools (Procore, MS Project) and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to deliver on-time, within-budget results.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience
- Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified, and Metal systems
- Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and multiple projects
- Proficiency with project management tools (Procore, MS Project)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Comfortable working at heights and on active job sites
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred)
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
