Oversee commercial roofing projects in Cartersville, managing crews, ensuring safety, schedule and budget, lead Foremen, coordinate with project managers and clients, inspect workmanship, enforce OSHA standards, manage materials and documentation, and ensure successful project close-out.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial roofing experience
- Previous Superintendent or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified, Metal, etc.)
- OSHA safety standards
- Ability to read plans, specs, and blueprints
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable managing multiple crews and projects
