Commercial Roofing Operation Manager

Allied Construction Services seeks an experienced Commercial Roofing Operations Manager to oversee daily operations for commercial roofing projects across Northern California. The role manages project managers, superintendents, field crews, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget while meeting company quality standards. Responsibilities include developing and improving operational processes, coordinating manpower planning, scheduling, equipment and material logistics, monitoring project performance, profitability, labor productivity, and job costing; conducting regular job-site visits and operational reviews; ensuring OSHA compliance and safety standards; supporting estimating and pre-construction teams during planning and turnover; building relationships with clients, vendors, and manufacturers; recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing field and management staff; resolving operational issues and providing leadership in fast-paced construction environments; and preparing operational reports for executive leadership. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, deep knowledge of commercial roofing systems, and experience leading multi-site operations in a regulated construction environment.
