Job Summary
Install and repair roofs using commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope tile/shingles. Perform work to manufacturer's specifications while maintaining close attention to safety. Work well in a team setting outside in extreme weather conditions, capable of lifting 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling. Comfortable climbing ladders up to 60ft. Requires at least five years of commercial roofing experience, familiarity with TPO and Modified systems, a valid driver's license, and authorization to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of commercial roofing experience
- Experience in TPO & Modified roofing systems
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling
- Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
- Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety
