Job Summary
Commercial Roofing Leadman: Assist foreman of roofing crews and oversee installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, slope). Manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring high craftsmanship and professional interactions with customers. Lead and train crew members, track inventory, complete daily reports, and participate in meetings. Requires 3 years’ experience leading commercial roofing crews, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, work at varying heights, and pass preemployment screening. Bilingual English/Spanish ability preferred. Local travel opportunities; position based in Bow, NH. Required Qualifications
- 3 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to pass preemployment screening
