Job Summary
Conduct commercial roofing work outdoors alongside foremen and crew members using a variety of systems and tools. Perform tasks including climbing ladders, bending, lifting materials over 50 lbs, and working at heights while adhering to all safety guidelines. Work in varying and extreme weather conditions with extensive standing, walking, and local travel within Wyoming. Onsite training is provided, and advancement opportunities exist as skills develop. A valid driver's license is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Enjoy working outdoors and as part of a team
- Be comfortable working in varying and extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly; repeated bending, climbing ladders, kneeling, etc.
- Must be comfortable with heights and working on roofs
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license a plus
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and sloped roofing systems (tile/shingles)
- Previous residential and/or commercial roofing or construction experience
