Job Summary
Work outdoors on flat roofs with the Service Foreman, climbing ladders, bending, and applying various roofing techniques and tools. Perform roofing work according to job specifications while adhering to safety guidelines. You will be trained onsite with opportunities to advance as you master the basics. This role requires lifting 50+ lbs regularly and comfort with heights and extreme weather. Pay starts at $21.00+/hr, and English is required with Spanish as a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Must have some commercial roofing experience
- Must speak English
- Must be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
- Must be comfortable with heights and being on a roof
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screen
Desired Qualifications

- Enjoy working on a team outdoors with nature
- Valid drivers license is preferred
- Knowledge of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
- Past residential and/or commercial roofing or construction experience
