Job Summary
The Commercial Roofing Foreman is responsible for conducting daily onsite safety briefs, ensuring the completion of project communications, managing crew schedules and production rates, and ensuring quality repairs before project completion. Responsibilities include tracking inventory, reviewing project pricing, and managing performance of Field Resource Reps, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and effective customer interaction. Candidates must have a minimum of five years in the commercial roofing industry and be familiar with various roofing systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in the commercial roofing industry
- Familiarity with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems
- Knowledge of metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
