Job Summary
The Commercial Roofing Foreman is responsible for conducting daily onsite safety briefs, ensuring project communication, managing crew operations, and performing quality assurance on roofing projects. This role requires managing project timelines, inventory, and field resource performance while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in the commercial roofing sector and familiarity with various roofing systems. The position offers a base salary along with an annual bonus, overtime eligibility, and benefits including health insurance, a 401(k) plan, pension, and paid time-off.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in the commercial roofing industry.
- Thorough familiarity with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
