Job Summary
The Commercial Roofing Foreman oversees daily onsite safety briefings, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project communication. Responsibilities include managing crew schedules, project management, quality assurance of completed work, inventory tracking, and documentation of field service projects. The Foreman must have a minimum of five years’ experience in the commercial roofing industry and possess a thorough understanding of various roofing systems such as EPDM, PVC, and metal. The role includes staff management and coordination with supervisors and clients regarding project status.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in the commercial roofing industry.
- Thorough familiarity with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep slope roofing systems.
