Job Summary
The Commercial Roofing Foreman is responsible for daily onsite safety briefings, project communication with sales representatives and customers, managing crew schedules and production rates, and ensuring quality repairs. The role includes completing Daily Hazard Analysis forms, conducting project updates, monitoring inventory, and overseeing Field Resource Representatives. Candidates must have at least five years of experience in the commercial roofing industry and be familiar with various roofing systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years’ experience in the commercial roofing industry
- Thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other forms of low-slope roofing systems
- Knowledge of metal and other steep slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.
