Job Summary
Commercial Roofing Foreman leads roofing crews to install, remove, and replace commercial roof systems and manages projects from start to finish, ensuring high craftsmanship and safety. Responsibilities include removal and installation of BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tiles/shingles); roof maintenance and repairs; maintaining professional interaction with customers; supervising crew, completing required paperwork, attending meetings, assisting with training, tracking inventory, and filing daily reports. Requires 10 years of experience leading commercial roofing crews, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb ladders, work at varying heights in diverse weather, and pass preemployment screening.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal
- A valid driver's license

- Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to pass preemployment screening
