Commercial Roofing Foreman

Job Summary
Lead and manage roofing crews for installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, slope). Oversee projects from start to finish, ensure craftsmanship and safety, perform roof maintenance, interact professionally with customers, manage crew, handle required paperwork, attend meetings, assist in training, track inventory, and file daily reports. Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, lifting 50+ pounds, and working at varying heights; local travel up to 2 hours. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- A valid driver's license
