Job Summary
Commercial Roofing Foreman in Reading, PA: lead roofing crews and oversee installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, slope). Manage projects from start to finish, ensure craftsmanship and safety, maintain professional interaction with customers, track inventory and file daily reports, assist in training crew members, and perform roof maintenance and repairs. Requires 3-5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb and work at varying heights, and ability to pass preemployment screening. Travel local up to 2 hours; field environment with exposure to heights, noise, and temperature; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO; Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems is ideal
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to pass preemployment screening
