Job Summary
Commercial Roofing Foreman leads roofing crews on commercial projects in Plover, WI, responsible for installation, removal, and replacement of roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, slope). Oversees project from start to finish, maintains safety and quality, coordinates with customers, manages crew, completes required paperwork, attends meetings, tracks inventory, and assists in training. Requires 3-5 years leadership experience in commercial roofing, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50+ pounds, climb at heights, and willingness to travel up to 180 miles. Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- Experience with all types of commercial roofing systems ideal
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to pass preemployment screening
- Travel: up to 180 mile radius
