Job Summary
Lead and manage installation, removal and replacement of commercial roof systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, slope). Direct and support roofing crews from start to finish, ensuring craftsmanship, safety, and adherence to job specifications. Handle site supervision, daily paperwork, meetings, inventory tracking, and training of crew members. Maintain professional customer interactions and adapt to varying conditions; capable of climbing ladders, lifting 50+ pounds, and working at heights; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
