Job Summary
Lead roofing crews on the installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roof systems including BUR, modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope. Manage projects from start to finish while ensuring craftsmanship, safety compliance, and professional customer interaction. Oversee daily operations by tracking inventory, filing reports, conducting crew training, and attending meetings. Perform maintenance and repairs across various weather conditions while adhering to job specifications. Requires a valid driver's license, 3-5 years of leadership experience, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly in a field environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to pass preemployment screening
