Job Summary
Lead commercial roofing crews in the installation, removal, and replacement of roof systems including BUR, modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope. Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring work adheres to job specifications and safety guidelines while maintaining professional customer interactions. Oversee crew training, complete required paperwork, and track inventory with daily reporting. Perform roof maintenance and repairs, requiring the ability to climb ladders, work at varying heights, and lift 50+ pounds regularly. Must be able to work in various weather conditions and pass preemployment screening. Valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to pass preemployment screening
