Job Summary
Lead commercial roofing crews in the installation, removal, and replacement of all roof system types including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope tile/shingles. Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring craftsmanship while performing maintenance and repairs. Execute work per job specifications and safety guidelines, maintaining professional customer interactions. Oversee crew operations by completing paperwork, attending meetings, and assisting in training. Track inventory and file daily reports. Requires 3-5 years of experience leading crews, a valid driver's license, and the ability to climb, lift 50+ pounds, and work at varying heights in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to pass preemployment screening
