Job Summary
Conduct job set-ups and oversee small commercial roofing projects while attending required training meetings. Communicate with customers and the Project Manager regarding scope expansions, design modifications, and warranty installation needs. Possess working knowledge of detail drawings, specifications, and associated sheet metal basics including measurements and drip edge installations. Complete all assigned tasks through final inspection preparation, maintaining a clean motor vehicle record and professional discipline.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Background Check
- Not afraid of heights
- Ability to position extension ladder to access roof for roof inspection/survey
- Ability to perform assigned task daily through completion with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to represent the Company in a professional manner
- Planning & organizing
- Problem identification/resolution
- Multi-tasking
- Follow-through skills to bring tasks to closure in a timely manner
- Sense of urgency in accomplishing tasks in a timely manner
- Possesses a working knowledge in detail drawings and specifications
- Understands warranty terms and requirements to install warranty work
- Acquires knowledge in the basics in associated sheet metal, including measurements and installation
