Job Summary
Lead roofing crews on the installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope tile. Manage projects from start to finish while performing maintenance, repairs, and ensuring work meets specifications and safety guidelines. Maintain professional customer interactions, handle paperwork, attend meetings, and train crew members. Track inventory and file daily reports. Requires 3-5 years of leadership experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to climb, lift 50+ pounds, and work in varying weather conditions. Travel required up to 180 miles.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to pass preemployment screening
- Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability
- Must be available for travel up to a 180 mile radius
