Job Summary
Lead roofing crews in the installation, removal, and replacement of commercial roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope tile. Manage projects from start to finish while overseeing roof maintenance, repairs, and inventory tracking. Ensure all work adheres to job specifications and safety guidelines, maintain professional customer interactions, and handle required paperwork and crew training. Requires 10 years of experience leading crews, a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ pounds, and work in varying weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years experience leading commercial roofing crews
- A valid driver's license
- Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to pass preemployment screening
