Job Summary
Oversee small roofing jobs, supervise service and maintenance crews, and train the production workforce while completing assigned work and preparing for inspection. Perform job set-up, attend training meetings, and communicate with customers, estimators, and the Project Manager regarding scope expansions or design changes. Maintain knowledge of detail drawings, specifications, and warranty terms, including associated sheet metal basics like drip edge and coping. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Background Check
- Not afraid of heights
- Ability to position extension ladder to access roof for roof inspection/survey
- Strong attention to detail
