Job Summary
Lead commercial roofing crews in the installation, removal, and replacement of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope. Manage projects from start to finish, overseeing maintenance, repairs, and inventory tracking while ensuring work meets specifications and safety guidelines. Coordinate with customers, complete required paperwork, attend meetings, and train crew members. Requires 3-5 years of experience leading crews, a valid driver's license, and the ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ pounds, and work in varying weather conditions. This role is based in Rutland, VT, with local travel up to two hours away.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to climb ladders, regularly bend, climb and kneel
- Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
- Must be able to pass preemployment screening
