Job Summary
Lead commercial roof repairs, service calls, leak investigations, preventative maintenance, and small commercial projects throughout the Greater Milwaukee area. Coordinate crews, communicate with customers, maintain quality, and ensure every project is completed safely and professionally. This role requires at least two years of roofing experience and one year leading crews, with knowledge of EPDM and TPO systems. Full-time employment offers $30–$40/hour plus health, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.
