Job Summary
Coordinate with crew members, superintendents, and project managers to manage scheduling, scope of work, and daily jobsite activities, including communicating scope changes before execution. Lead crew performance and development while ensuring productivity, accountability, and proper time tracking, and document daily jobsite activity including production, quality control, and updates through accurate logs. Manage jobsite readiness, materials, and equipment, including weather monitoring, end-of-day job protection, inventory coordination, and maintenance of tools, vehicles, and trailers. Enforce OSHA safety standards and jobsite compliance while maintaining a safe work environment, and maintain project schedules to ensure projects stay on time and within labor hour targets. Participate in pre-construction meetings and job walkthroughs to ensure clear project expectations and alignment before work begins.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 10 certification
- Ability to obtain security clearance for military and secured job sites
- Familiar with SMACNA standards and construction best practices
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings, site plans, and specifications
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Solid critical thinking, problem‐solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Self‐motivated, detail‐oriented, hard‐working, with a willingness to learn new systems

- Minimum 3 years construction experience
- Minimum 3-5 years roofing specific experience
- Experience working with TPO, EPMD, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, coping, and the above, listed materials
- Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
- Willing to travel
- Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights)
- Frequently lift and carry 50lbs or greater
- Frequent bending, kneeling, walking
- Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day)
- Overtime and weekend work as job requires
