Commercial Roofing Estimator

Commercial Roofing Estimator responsible for responding to RFPs, preparing bids, and securing new roofing jobs. Conduct site surveys to estimate preventative maintenance, services, and projects; identify sales opportunities from maintenance, due diligence reports, and service repairs; develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and manufacturers; collaborate with service and project management teams to transition proposals to active projects; stay up-to-date with industry standards, processes, and techniques; requires experience in commercial roofing estimation, knowledge of single-ply roofing materials and attachment methods, strong analytical skills, communication and customer service abilities, ability to work independently, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license. This is a hybrid position in Chicago, IL. Duties emphasize estimating, bidding, client relations, site evaluations, and cross-team collaboration.
