Experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator needed to assess and estimate costs for commercial roofing projects. Must have strong knowledge of roofing systems, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in estimation software.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Commercial Roofing Experience
- Proven experience as a commercial roofing estimator or in a similar role
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in estimating costs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of various roofing systems including low slope, coatings, steep slope, tile, slate, metal, and shingle roofing
Additional Requirements
