Job Summary
Prepare estimates by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents while reviewing historical data from previous P.O.s to assess unit and labor calculations. Identify labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals and attend pre-bid meetings to determine scope of work. Manage and maintain working documents and cost databases on a regular basis to support estimate figures. Design, produce, and finalize Roof CAD drawings and plans. Contribute to team efforts to assess rates and assist the sales department with inquiries, final bids, and Project Manager support. Requires two years of experience in commercial roofing estimating, detail-oriented skills, and strong communication abilities. Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Minimum of two years of experience in estimating or costing analysis within the commercial roofing industry
- Detail-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong multi-tasker
