Job Summary
Crew Members are responsible for daily production tasks including setting up and maintaining project sites, measuring and cutting materials, and installing various roofing materials to construct weatherproof roofs. Applicants must possess a minimum of OSHA 10 hour training, demonstrate ability to follow directions, and have physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions while lifting up to 75lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program
- Valid transportation required to report to job sites
- Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights)
- Able to obtain security clearance on military job sites (Preferred)
- Bending, kneeling, walking, lifting, carrying (up to 75lbs) (Daily)
- Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day)
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in construction or roofing (preferred)
- OSHA 10 hour training (minimum) (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to follow directions and pay attention to details
Additional Requirements
- Travel, Weekends, and Overtime are required (Based on project schedules)
