Job Summary
Work outdoors on flat roofs with roofing crews, climbing ladders, bending, and applying various roofing techniques and tools. Perform tasks in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines while navigating extreme weather conditions and heights. Lift 50+ lbs regularly and master basics through onsite training to advance within teams of 5-20 people. Must be at least 18 years old and comfortable with nature and physical effort. Local travel required.

- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
- Must be comfortable with heights and being on a roof
- Must be at least 18 years old
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
- Past residential and/or commercial roofing or construction experience
