Job Summary
Conduct commercial flat roofing installations using TPO, EPDM, and single-ply systems, including curbing, finishing, and tear-offs. Perform slate and tile roofing work where applicable. Complete prevailing wage school projects requiring background checks and drug tests, with pay up to $80/hour. Maintain a vehicle and valid driver's license for site access. Requires three years of experience in commercial roofing.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience
- Commercial flat roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, Single Ply)
- Curbing and finish experience
- Must have vehicle and drivers license
- Must be able to pass Background Checks and Drug test for PW work
Desired Qualifications
- Slate and tile roofing experience a plus
