Job Summary
Experienced commercial roofer sought in Seattle to install and repair roofing systems (BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC) and perform maintenance and inspections. Must have 5–10 years of commercial roofing experience, be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly, climb ladders up to 60 ft, work in extreme weather, and operate in a safety-conscious, team environment. Includes training on and adherence to manufacturer specifications, with a full benefits package and equal-opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of commercial roofing experience
- Install, repair and maintenance on commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
- Perform detailed work
- Receive verbal instructions
- Able to work well in a team
- Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling
- Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
- Perform work to manufacturer’s specifications with close attention to safety
