Job Summary
Experienced commercial roofer needed to install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR) across Indiana; perform tear-offs, roof prep, insulation installation, and membrane installation; install flashings, penetrations, and details per manufacturer specifications; follow OSHA safety requirements and policies; read and follow job drawings and work orders; maintain quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness; work efficiently while meeting schedule and quality expectations; communicate effectively with foremen and project management; assist in training and mentoring less-experienced crew members.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in commercial roofing
- experience with multiple roof systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, BUR)
- ability to read and follow job drawings and work orders
- ability to install and repair flashing, penetrations, and details per manufacturer specifications
- commitment to OSHA safety requirements and company safety policies
