Job Summary
Conduct commercial roofing repairs and replacements on flat roofs while climbing ladders, bending, and working with various tools and techniques. Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, adhering to physical demands including lifting 50+ lbs and working in extreme weather conditions. Advance your skills onsite as you master the basics within teams of 5-20 people. This role offers a starting pay of $20/hr with potential BOE increases, sign-on and referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a company-matching 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
- Must be comfortable with heights and being on a roof
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass pre employment screening
- Must have three years of commercial roofing experience
- Drivers license required
- Must be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
- Must be comfortable working on a team outdoors with nature
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
- Previous experience in roofing or residential and/or commercial construction
