Job Summary
Install and repair roofs using commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope tile/shingles. Perform detailed maintenance, leak repairs, and preventative inspections while adhering to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols. Work outside in extreme weather conditions, climb ladders up to 60ft, and lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending and kneeling. Collaborate within a team to execute full-range roofing services for commercial and industrial clients. Starting pay is $35+/hr with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, and paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of commercial roofing experience
- Install, repair and do Maintenance on roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
- Perform detailed work
- Received verbal instructions
- Able to work well in a team
- Able to work outside in extreme weather conditions
- Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling
- Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
- Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety
