Job Summary
Conduct commercial roofing labor on flat roofs as part of crews ranging from 5 to 20 people. Perform tasks including climbing ladders, bending, and applying various roofing techniques and tools. Work outdoors in extreme weather conditions while adhering to safety guidelines and job specifications. Lift 50+ lbs regularly and maintain comfort with heights and repetitive kneeling. Gain onsite training to master basics and advance within the team. Located in Williston, VT, this role offers a starting pay of $20-24/hr plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Enjoy working on a team outdoors with nature
- Be comfortable working in extreme weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. regularly
- Must be comfortable with heights and being on a roof
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid Driver's License
- Travel: Mostly local; voluntary out-of-state opportunities
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of roof systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
- Past residential and/or commercial roofing or construction experience
