Job Summary
Install and repair roofs using commercial systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope. Work in a team setting outside in extreme weather, lifting 50+ lbs while climbing, bending, and kneeling. Comfortably climb ladders up to 60ft and perform work to manufacturer specifications with close attention to safety. Requires 1-3 years of commercial roofing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Salary starts at $20+/hr BOE.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of commercial roofing experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Install and repair roofs with the use of commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
- Work well in a team setting
- Work outside in extreme weather conditions
- Lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling
- Climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
- Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety
