Job Summary
Install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen. Perform tear-offs, roof prep, insulation installation, and membrane installation while following manufacturer specifications for flashings and penetrations. Read job drawings, adhere to OSHA safety requirements, and maintain quality workmanship and jobsite cleanliness. Communicate effectively with foremen and project management while assisting in training less-experienced crew members. Work efficiently to meet schedule and quality expectations across Indiana locations. Starting pay ranges from $22 to $35.50 per hour with a total union package including pension and health benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
