Job Summary
Install and repair roofs using commercial roofing systems including BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and slope (tile/shingles). Work in a team setting while operating in extreme weather conditions, lifting 50+ lbs and climbing ladders up to 60ft. Perform all work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety. Requires three years of commercial roofing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. This full-time role offers a pay rate of $21-24 per hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision, a company-matching 401(k), PTO, and paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of commercial roofing experience
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass pre employment background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to lift 50+ lbs with repeated bending, climbing, and kneeling
- Comfortable with climbing a ladder up to 60ft and being on a roof
- Perform work to manufacturer's specifications with close attention to safety
