Commercial Roofer for Turner Morris — Front Range area in Colorado. Responsibilities include working on commercial flat roofs, including tear-off of existing roof systems, installation of roofing underlayments and custom metal flashing, and other related tasks (standing seam metal, shingles, tiles). Inspect roofs to determine the best repair procedures, ensure roofs are watertight daily, and perform cleaning and preparation of roofs for new materials. Requires reliable transportation to worksites and the ability to safely work at heights. Full-time schedule (8-10 hour shifts, Monday–Friday) with potential overtime; benefits include medical/dental/vision, HSA contributions, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and life insurance.
