Job Summary
Manage commercial roofing projects from mobilization through completion by supervising field employees and subcontractors across multiple job sites. Schedule labor, equipment, and deliveries while ensuring projects stay on schedule and within quality standards. Enforce OSHA regulations, conduct daily site inspections, and interpret blueprints to monitor crew productivity and implement solutions for project challenges. Complete daily reports, safety documentation, and maintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and suppliers. Full-time position with weekly pay, company truck, and travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or other field leadership role
- Strong working knowledge of TPO
- Strong working knowledge of PVC
- Strong working knowledge of EPDM
- Strong working knowledge of Modified Bitumen
- Strong working knowledge of Built-Up Roofing (BUR)
- Strong working knowledge of Roof Coating Systems
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing multiple crews and projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work safely in varying weather conditions
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work safely and responsibly
- Consent to pre-employment background check
- Consent to drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Sheet Metal and flashing installation
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
