Job Summary
Commercial Loan Officer role responsible for soliciting, underwriting, negotiating, and coordinating the closing of commercial loans (C&I, CRE, business loans) in line with bank policies; drives business development, client cultivation, and portfolio management; analyzes applications and credit information to determine risk; provides financial solutions to clients; collaborates with Credit Analysts and supports sales management and officer call programs; requires strong knowledge of lending products, regulatory compliance, and proficiency in MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Five or more years of commercial lending/relationship management experience.
- Formal credit training.
