Job Summary
Provide advanced level support to the Commercial Scorecard Management team and first-line of defense risk management by coordinating across multiple projects to identify and assess risks, monitor risk performance, conduct root-cause analysis, and manage issues. Guide 1LOD and 2LOD credit teams on applying commercial scorecards when evaluating client credit risks; identify trends and emerging issues; design and implement enhancements to scorecard models; manage project execution, documentation, and automation tools; maintain internal controls and comply with regulatory standards; collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and ensure alignment with the M&T Bank brand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience
