Job Summary
Manage and grow a middle-market to large Property & Casualty book of Real Estate clients as the primary liaison among clients, Producers, and Account Executives. Deliver tailored P&C insurance solutions, support business development, and contribute to departmental growth through strategic marketing and relationship management. Lead end‐to‐end client servicing including coverage analysis, renewals, remarketing, quotes, and binding; oversee program design, policy reviews, and specialized placements to ensure comprehensive protection for real estate assets. Implement marketing strategies to raise agency awareness and profitability within existing accounts, generate qualified leads from the book, and represent the organization at industry events. Collaborate with vendors, influencers, and decision-makers; maintain accurate AMS/CRM documentation; participate in VIP account strategy meetings and provide actionable feedback on agency initiatives. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team member.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years in a Commercial Property & Casualty insurance agency.
