Job Summary
Assist Route Driver in collecting waste and recyclables for commercial and residential routes. Manually or mechanically load/unload containers, operate a hoisting device to lift and empty bins, and support driver with backing maneuvers on route. Adhere to OSHA and safety rules, report issues to Operations Manager/Dispatch, attend required trainings, and participate in scheduled meetings. No educational requirement and no prior work experience required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K with match, stock options, and annual education assistance. Shift is Monday–Friday with a 4am start. Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States. Location: Dunmore, PA.
