Commercial Reporting Manager

Job Summary
Drive improvements and efficiencies into the commercial reporting environment by owning monthly reporting and financial performance across IAG Cargo for Commercial and Sales & Marketing directorates. Present complex information in an accessible way while delivering reports that track performance against business plans, financial plans, reforecasts, and local targets. Lead the month-end reporting cycle to ensure full insight into performance for finance and commercial management teams, providing advice and challenge to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. Manage process improvements via automation and standardisation, liaise across head office functions, and line manage a direct report to coach the Commercial Consolidation & Reporting Analyst. Adhere to all corporate, statutory, and regulatory requirements including International Accounting Standards.
Required Qualifications
- Be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) or equivalent
- Have a good understanding of finance theory
- Have practical experience in management accounting
- Demonstrate business awareness and commercial acumen
- Be numerate and accurate
- Have good IT skills and experience of finance systems including: Excel, Essbase, Business Objects, Word, and PowerPoint
- Have a proven track record of effective business partnering of commercial-facing roles in fast moving business
